First, welcome to my website RandyBridges.com. Yes, this website is about my my business in real estate but this Page is more about Randy as a person. I trust this will give you an idea who, what, why, when, why and how I am. These words may sound a bit odd. Being in marketing most of my business life, these 5 play key roles characterize me as a person. I trust I will meet some new friends and establish business relationships that will last a lifetime.
Randy’s Education and Experience
His first business adventures, selling soap in high school. Over the next few years, he served in the United State Navy from 1971-1975. Beside the Navy his career took other directions. Printing, publishing, aviation, tour operator, and inventor. Finally he found his calling in Real Estate.
Randy returned to school in 2017 to finish to finish his Bachelor Degree in Business Management with Entrepreneurship as his minor. He graduated with his degree July 19, 2023 from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-I) in Rexburg.
Randy’s Leisure Time
In additions, his wife, daughter and granddaughter often travel. As long as its a cruise our top choice. In-particular, Mexico is our favorite. Included are meals, drinks and entertainment. By the way, the shore excursions are great.
Ordinarily, Randy can be found tending to his lush green lawn. In short, he loves his yard. Next. Randy is finishing up his Bachelor Degree. Therefore, studying is way of life. Before long he will be taking the graduation walk. Update, Randy finished his BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He graduated with a GPA of 3.5, July 19, 2023.
By the way, week is the season opener for NFL football. Before the game, Randy can be found in his favorite chair waiting kickoff.
As a rule, Randy can also be seen at the local gym. 3 day workouts is the routine preceded by a 2 mile walk to warmup.
In addition, Randy is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons).
Besides his weekly workouts, Randy goes hiking. For example, Mt Charleston, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire. While on his “mini missions,” he takes photos to shared with the attractions.
Soon the Centennial Hills Expo will have a new home. Together with local businesses, Centennial Hills Expo is an annual event. As a result, business and local residents have an opportunity to meet, greet and get to know each other.
Finally, camping, traveling, volunteer and organizes community events rounds out who is Randy Bridges.
Randy Works With New Home Builders
Regularly, Randy works with new home builders. Here, 30 Day Move in and immediate move-in are his specialty. Daily reports are received. These reports include standing inventory from most builders. There are many reasons to buy a new built home. One of them are For instance, builders warranty.
Builders include Toll Brothers Homes, KB Homes, Woodside Homes. Second Pardee Homes, Lennar Homes. Partially, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes. Third Century Community Homes among others.
Randy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent
Randy received his real estate licensed in Nevada in 1998. Today, he works at Realty One Group his broker of record. Today new homes is his passion.
