Red Rock Canyon is located west on State Route(SR) 159. Signs are clearly marked. Hiking, camping, climbing, trails, scenic loop. Fee is required.
Lake Mead National Recreational Area
Lake Mead National Recreational is located east of the Las Vegas valley. Its about a 45 minute drive from the valley. Go south on CC 215 Beltway or I-515 south and merge onto I-11 towards Boulder City. Follow the clearly marked signs. Another route through Henderson is to take SR-564.
